I know right, I’ve been looking for about a year! I just got very lucky….got chatting to another member here about his showroom entry and asking for a spare TA03 J7 part (which he had), then got onto his amazing TA03 collection, then onto the boxes of 02/03/04 spares and hop ups it turns out he has, and hey presto; dampers and blue steering! I’ve got silver steering arms and 42102 dampers on my 04-TRF at the moment so am looking forward to adding these finishing touches 😊

I saw your post about the plastic parts….I haven’t decided what to do with the silver ones yet. I might move them over to my new built 04-R, which would free up the as-new plastic arms on there. Or I might sell them and leave the 04-R with stock steering 🤷🏻‍♂️ Either way, I’ll let you know. 

Would you be interested in the silver ones or are you just looking for plastic?

I have the alu steering set NIP along with the alu diff wheel ready to go into the NIB TA04-TRF I have whenever I gear round to that. The plastic ones are for another project 👍

This cool little guy came in today. It has a fairly rare Dynamite receiver which is cool. Sadly, the antenna has been broken, along with the antenna mount. It's also missing the body mounts and the front bumper retainer. I have no idea how to get parts for this thing yet. Plaza Japan still has these in stock, so I might end up purchasing one and seeing if I can replicate, or get someone to help me replicate the missing pieces.

Some nice Carson and Trickbits decal sets, Laguna BTCC, Primera BTCC, 2x Vectra BTCC sets, 4x Mondeo BTCC sets and God knows how many DTM sets. Most will be sold as I have no need for most, intact there are also another couple not pictured. But it was a cracking bargain.

A round up of accumulating bits and pieces while on holiday so none of counts as frivolous spending 😁

I’ve been after a another LiPo for a while and this nice looking Shorty pack came up, added the 1060 to get free shipping. Should do my M08 nicely along with the 17.5 motor.

I just liked the look of the wheels, to small for on road buggy Postal racing but could work well on my current Ford GT build.

Red body clips for battery retainers  so they are easier to see/find when dropped outside.

Nice haul! Where did you find that motor? I have been trying to get one for a couple of months (that exact one) but the usual suspects are out of stock and no one seems to be able to get them. I'm almost at the point where I'll have to pay double for a different brand for the same performance and that really hurts

I picked it up from Oz Rc for $115 (listed at $120 their eBay) in Brisbane before heading home. Probably not the cheapest but is was that or nothing. It was nice to browse a physical shop for a change. They have a fair few in the cabinet of different turns. I see a few shops here must have received long awaited deliveries recently. 
Oz Rc operate a lot on eBay rather than a website, but have a large premises.

bought an extra higher MaH battery so have two. Both on charge. Let you know what it’s like but if the vid’s are anything to go by it should be fun fun 🤩

Puppy is the right term. @50% throttle it would be good for a real starter. @75% it starts getting playful and @100% it’s down right naughty. It ha open diffs front and rear that make it a real handful on loose dirt/gravel. It could do with a little diff putty in the rear to calm it down. It comes with a 37t 380 motor and is quite quick. I might try a TT 380 at a later date but it’s a small space car, in a big open space you’d kinda loose it it’s so dinky. All in all I’m very pleased with it. Nice little car to carry around  in the boot without taking up too much space and the NiMh can be charged from a supplied USB charger.

 

Can I please please please have a real 1:1 one. It would probably cripple my back but what a grin.

So originally I was going to break down my NIB rere City Turbo to do @nicherotors 4WD GF01 based Wheeler, but decided I want to keep my NIB a full set, so got a spare body set which was considerably more economical than a NIB.  

I should have the wheels soon too..

Nice, I would love a Yeti but I cheaped out and bought an FTX Outlaw. A stock Yeti would probably have worked out cheaper overall and I like the Axial stuff I have had so far (SCX10 bits, SCX10iii and SCX24).

Yes, Frontline actually have enough kits in stock that you can actually choose for once and at decent prices too.

Yep. I think I’m going to grab a Wild Willy and lunchbox. Both are on my long-term wanted list. They are cheap overseas but the shipping has become insane so think I will grab while they are on our shores!
