Typical remarkable service from Tamiyaclubs favourite sponsor, Stellamodels!

Ordered Wednesday, shipped Thursday, missed courier card on Saturday...

Holy smoke I am surprised it wasnt on fire it was so fast!!!!

Usual bulletproof packaging, hot glued shut and not shown (so you can see the awesome product) are the poly partitions that are usually on top

Sad old man that I am, I bought myself a Beattie's kit bag which arrived the other day.

Since we are taking the odd R.C car on holiday it seems a good idea to keep it and all the kit together in one place!

Very happy with this purchase £18 well spent.

My Quattro and spare parts arrived!

The wheels and tires are actually in very good condition - the treads are nice and deep, although the wheels could still use some repainting. Unfortunately, holes have been drilled into the bottom of the chassis by the previous owner to zip-tie servos in there. I did not approve, but from pre-sale photos was expecting it.

The parts bags included the missing roll-bar and body mount clip, as well as a rare narrow bumper! Not mentioned was that while the original narrow bumper on the car was broken, a spare wide bumper was included in the purchase.

Any serious restoration work will have to wait - I may just focus on putting electronics in this car and make it a less-guilty runner...
