Ah, right, thanks. It was hard to tell from the picture.

The Hk3100 and Core Code Rx is my fave combo right now. They seem to work well together, and I'll be adding the HK3100 to anything I run in the foreseeable future. I'm glad I took a chance and purchased (my first) one to try it out.

Me too - love this combo! When Iconic-RC got together at Snetterton I noticed it was the combination of choice!

Another quality delivery from Royal Mail :(

F1FCA083-434B-44E2-9762-701AE606FE3C_zps

The driver had the nerve to say its because it didn't feel like there was much in it! I should've taken a picture of his face when I asked "gave it a good shake did you?"

Anyway opening it up and.... it's alive! :)

Sod all packaging but it only took 5 days from Honkers! All seems intact so it's good, I just need to get creative with my feedback :)

Hi Mr Crispy,

I'm glad to see your purchase survived the "Royal Mail Treatment". I've had the same issues recently with locally posted items.

I think the problem is caused through cost cutting, the powers that be have got rid of all the office furniture so the staff are using our parcels for temporary seating and tables. :D:lol:

Either that or they really don't give a ****! Last time I received a badly damaged parcel I insisted the Postie waited until I had opened it and checked the contents. This really made his morning!!!

You got your decals fitted better than mine Grumpy. It's very satisfying when they're all done isn't it.

I can't take the credit for them, it arrived as you see it!

But both you and Vrdetailing can take the credit for getting me over the line and doing the deal!

I am so weak and I have no will power, I am so weak and I have no will power.......sound familiar to anyone one else on here!

No - don't recognise that statement at all :D

We better get onto them for our commission fees :)

Sadly Percymon that mantra could apply quite few of us.....but perhaps a little more to some than others!

I very much include myself in it as well.

Definitely and this thread in particular has cost me the most in recent times!

R/C stands, screwdriver kits, ultrasonic cleaners.......

Technically, I had to go to the PO to pick it up. B'tards with their mid day delivery :-/

Looks like a nice bit of kit - bring the weekend..

(Sorry for straying from the straight and narrow, but the only T kit I could think of that I haven't tried, is a big-rig, which I know would see zero use after the initial 5 minutes (and then cost a million in upgrades, because you can))

I'd love to see how these SCX10's come together. Any glance of a build thread Flerbizky?

I shall do so. It'll be orange and not white btw. (-:

I've just done a head count 6 new models in so far this year and 6 back out, so its not too out of control......

I still would have liked Percymons Clod though, that was a missed opportunity!

Strictly speaking yesterday but i only unpacked it last night, so..

Used Hotshot II, Beatties bag, radio gear, original manual and Tamiya year book. Needs a bumper (already have a new one :D ) and a few small parts but other than that its in fab, barely used condition. A good clean will have this one sorted quickly and easily :D :D Seller is even sending me some extra spares they have since found - hopefully that means a metal chassis top plate and the plastic cross piece that the wing attaches too.

Set of wheels n tyres for a kid friendly Grasshopper I'm putting together.

Seems the previous owner managed to assemble the front wheels with the outer rims on the rear side and glued them with some kind of sealant? Should be a fun strip down.

Try boiling them in water. Has worked for me :)

I wonder where you keep finding this stuff. I have been scanning allover the place to find a good restoration project and can't seem to find anything worth looking at for a reasonable price!
