My mate had one of those growing up in the nineties - one awesome bit of kit. We actually ran it on a Tamiya 7.2 racing pack, lasted much longer than the standard batteries

Today I received a sturdy cardboard envelope all the way from Germany!

Inside was a DF01 hop-up propshaft and fittings, seen here fitted to my Manta Ray.

Picked up this for what I thought was a good price. Needs a bunch of work, but it's eminently restorable.

Been on the look out for a project like this...it'll probably get a re-re now!

Nice find! What kind of work does it need? Looks like tires and a refresh on the gold plating are in order.

Yeah, body is missing rear quarter mudguards for some reason, and the paint work isn't as good as I'd like. Front light bar is missing. Wheels and tyres need work. And I'll do a full rebuild with new bearings. Looks pretty complete so far though and as I said, a great start for a project

The plan was to buy 6 of them, but an unexpected bill popped up. Will get more eventually. $20 shipped each, just tried one out on 3s, very happy so far!

Got a F1 model by 3 racing from rcmart, and picked it up myself.

is f113, much better than Tamiya basic models for F1 cars. Always want to know how F1 RC performs and was a very good price fir what one gets.

arrr... hong kong is where to be for RC...no duty and can do own pu and save on delivery chges. income tax at 17% and no sales tax or vat/gst.....8-)....if only tamiya would re release the blazer.
