Good call - except I needed one set!

... I kid, of course; my Astute's tires are still in good shape. A nice acquisition, then!

Unfortunately, arrivals in the post are few and far between for me the past month, but a new-to-me chassis will be on its way...

Just heading out the door and a UPS bloke is in the way!

I think a little bit of wee just came out!

:D

Good god, did you buy all the parts available from shapeways ? - that box looks rather large !

The ebay addiction continues.

Screw for the Plasma Edge, a Gravel Hound and a Bear Hawk... plus a chassis for another purchase, **** it

The Gravel Hound is in awesome condition with loads of upgrades, very impressed. Almost looks like new... so I think it will be my new designated runner.

7 old Japanese Tamiya magazines. I have Vol. 7, 9, 13-16 and 24. They are full of pictures of older Tamiya touringcars, including a few pages full of 'tuned' Tamiya's in every issue. I really like period hopups from other makes for Tamiya cars, so these 'tuned' pages are my favorite! Full Tech Racing spec'd M02's, crazy modified FF01's and more :)

I am a happy bunny today, postman delivered a set of 4 sticky Tamiya Reinforced Slicks Type A, Black TA03 Gearbox Plastics and a Speed Passion Reventon Pro 5.5R Brushless set for my TA03R-S :) Total cost = £47 for both :)............... now to get it all setup for a run this afternoon.

A small order from Hobbyking UK warehouse (high torque servos and a couple of capcitors) via parcelforce.

Hoping for some other bits n bobs when normal postie calls.

More Monster Beetle bits - Sand Scorcher driver tree (with nose cone), rear universal joints, some rubber and oil bits for a suspension rebuild and a ridiculously expensive pair of parts trees for the **** spot light bar. I also got some milliput so I can start fixing up the Barbies.

Another ebay buy... any idea what the shocks are? durango?

Looks like old Team Losi shocks. If they are, they are old but very good! Pro racers used to swap those on everything, even team drivers from other brands.

Thanks for that mate, appreciated

Collecting from the depot is a good way to keep my other half's eyes off incoming boxes, particularly relevant when the box is a HUGE one...
