Postman got me out of bed this morning, happy chappy because it was my EZRun 9T 4300kv brushless set with 35A ESC and program card - 8 days from HK, no import duty and package marked up as value of $7 so if i had been stung it wouldn't have been too bad !

Looks like it will be a tight squeeze in the Hotshot electrics box lol!!

Today a somewhat bigger box arrived at my desk, all 5.3KG of it  - the basis of my Clod project :D . Quick peak inside the box says the original wheels need a rub down :D and paint, but the tyres appear to be in reasonable nick so thats £55 saved  !

The office staff were as intrigued as me lol !

Got drunk one night and woke up in the morning having bought this on ebay:

Probably paid over the top, but it isn't missing any parts and has a new set of tyres. Looks like it's only been run a few times judging by the underside.

eBay + drunk is fun, if not totally dangerous. Been there, done that!

Looks good though.

This morning a jiffy bag full of bolts, nuts n washers from Westfield Fasteners (can't recommend them enough, great price, service and quality).

Bit boring , so here's some pics of the Spider chassis that arrived yesterday - every stage of the build comes in a separate labelled bag, hence all the plastic packaging.

Do I dare ask a silly question but where did you get these decals from? I am looking for something like that for my Rally Mini M03 Project..

Just added Westfield Fasteners to my favourites. They look pretty good. The chassis Looks nice, obviously it will better when built up. ;)

No problem, seller 'screenprintdigital' on eBay or search for 'mini monte carlo decals' - they're a UK seller so you may need to search worldwide.

Shipping was quick and quality is really good, I'll be getting more.

Stella really understand what it's about with these kits, the quality of the packaging has delivered me a perfect box :(

It's a shame some other retailers couldn't care as much

4 pairs of Proline trac-ta-gators, closest thing I can find to Tamiya's Balloon Racing Tire

So envious of the King Cab, so hard to find one of them and I am guessing by your post the tyres are near on impossible to find?
