FRP front damper stay for my daughters TT-02B.  She snapped the first one, on day 1 of its installation, last summer by driving her buggy straight into a big ol' oak tree.  :o

A good haul this week. More quality than quantity. Most of this is from Seidel:

goodies-mar10-17.jpg

The smaller bagged body is the TamTech-Gear 935, the larger bagged with card is the Suzuki SX4 WRC.

Some realistic light texture stickers from Banzai.

I won this eBay UK auction for the 911 GT1 body, which was £72 plus £7.50 postage. It turned up packed in just bubble wrap and with £4.45 of stamps on it. The box was dented and creased during transit (perfect in the eBay photos) so I sent a polite message to the seller asking if anything could be done, he was very friendly and apologetic and agreed to refund £15 back which I'm more than happy with :D

I already had a body and wing so only really needed the stickers but it struck me that with the detailing I do now, for non-box art schemes I use very few of the supplied stickers so with this I can scan and reproduce the window frames, paint the rear lights, use buckets for the front and all I'd need would be the Porsche badge which I could get from another kit like the re-re 911 GT2. This will allow me to do this box art, and the other one in something different.

The wheels came from eBay too. The fronts are easily available but the rears seem much scarcer.

Finally, $150 worth of stickers from Switzerland. Another $20 for postage too. I was convinced I'd been overcharged but the postage label was for 19 CHF, which is indeed about $20. Not a cheap place to buy from!

VERY cool haul, will be looking out for those in the near future.

All I got today was some D parts to stretch a M03 mini to length needed for the BMW mini 58295. Oh well, I had been putting it off for ages, finally bit the Bullit and bought them.

You have my interest!   I've been thinking when I get to building my new shells making light fixtures for the headlights and foglamps.  Perhaps you'd like to collaborate?  Like I'd do the 3d-design for the foglamps, headlights too if they don't look right.

Here it is at long last, all the way from Italy.  A decade out of production m-chassis with original unpainted body.

To me the Lotus should be an m-chassis, because the real thing is so compact.  I have to say this chassis makes the dainty Cup Racer seem like a truck.

And because I'm inquisitive, I have an uncut body in that box!

This came, it's in used but good condition.

Body needs a little bit of work to repair some roll over damage, a split on the front and cracked screen. The chrome is really good though. It has some scuffs underneath but having stripped the gearbox I would say it hasn't been run that much.

Came with some nice hop ups including the Tamiya low friction dampers, LRP spin pro sensored ESC and ball racers.

I know why I don't have a Blackfoot ( cos I use soap fnarr fnarr) , because Prescient has bought all the ones in the UK.

Today I found a HPI Saturn 20t brushed motor hiding in a box, so I stuck him in my Hornet and will speed run it later on 3s lipo to see how much faster it goes over my silver cans 41KPH - 25.5MPH

I seem to remember trying a similar motor upgrade on my TT02 and getting the same speeds per motor - so I'm not expecting anything drastic if at all.

Been busy the last week or so decorating :( but still enough time to get a few orders in.

This lot turned up over the last couple of weeks. It's been so long I can't even remember what some of it's for

Not sure what parts came from where:

Modelsport.

Tamico.

RC Mart.

eBay.

Christam, I thought I was the only one with that problem, forgetting what something was supposed to go to, that happens to me a lot.

lol doesn't happen often. I've been decorating the last couple of weeks and stuff was just turning up. Thrown jiffy bags in the corner and back on with the decorating

I know the yellow bits and wheels are for a Boomerang...and the springs I think

This little package arrived over the weekend.

My WW2 custom work will take a slightly different direction thanks to @JennyMo. Not convinced I'll ever reach the dizzy heights her work (and others on here)  but it will be a fun ride.

Going in the queue for later in the year...

And now some bearings have arrived for my m chassis rebuilds! Yay!

Well, this showed up last Monday, but I have been too busy to post:IMG_20170310_064610462.jpg

I have some Tamiya Hop ups coming for it, too. I think it will stay NIB for now, I have four other partially built/painted projects that need attention.

Got all excited when I saw the mirrored image of the hotshot! Thought it was a new car I hadn't seen before. (Do you guys see the images mirrored above?)
