I'll drop you a PM tomorrow, I've not got a huge amount but there's a new G parts tree bar G5, and maybe a few other black sprue parts.

@Dojo Dave came through for me and sent me some new "FAB" wheels, a formula 10 ESC that's believed to be broken (I'll get it fixed... I have a thing for the old Tekin rebel and F10 style cases), and a technitune motor manual. THANK YOU SIR!!

And my latest acquisition a really mint original FAV (not as cool as Dave's FAB I'm sure) with an added bonus on the motor :)

I bought the schuco minus the charger as the batteries had leaked the owner said. It has the remote with it and when it wheelies, you can steer the wheelie thanks to one small turning wheel at the back.

I didn't post that!?!

I'm not even a fan of jeeps and would have walked past that, even if I'd been to a carboot in the last 5yrs....

Awesome. That's what I use. If you need a small amount of a certain colour you can get A4 sheets of vinyl on eBay here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/222556920099 which work great.

If you need any help with it, give me a shout :)

Thanks mate, it's funny but I just ordered 20 sheets of mixed colours from that seller yesterday.😀 Also did my first vinyl trial cuts 9 hours after the postie delivered it (blade setting 1, speed 3, force 7, passes 2) and they came out perfect: the Silhouette Studio software is really easy to use.👍

Question: If I reverse cut the decals for putting inside a clear body before spraying, is it worth backing them with an overlay of clear vinyl to catch any bleeding? Similarly, an overlay of clear vinyl for protection if the decal is put on the outside? I've got a Fiat 131 Abarth body to paint and don't want to screw up as they are a bit thin on the ground at the moment (I had to get this one from Finland!!).

Martin.

A good day today!

Shafts to upgrade a set of fixed plate CVA shocks.

My first ever 1060s 👍.

My used TA01 chassis. By never run, I presume the guy meant it as a disclaimer, not to imply that it was new. But, it is in very good condition. There’s just a few minor scratches underneath and the gearbox’s are mint. This will be the basis of my speed record attempt.

Mr Mud, sadly I have to report that this is a black chassis, which has been sprayed grey.

I’m not really bothered though, it came with the motor, a futaba servo and an aluminium prop shaft and motor mount. The motor looks barely used, with nice shiny armature and no brush wear.

Please let me know your opinions on the purchase folks, I’ve never had one of these before, especially on the motor. Thanks.

Bummer on the chassis but it still looks good plus finding a TA01 black chassis is easy peasy and if you got ball bearings in there too then you should be happy with it.  They're a great chassis and you should be more than happy with it.

Another tatty Corvette shell for the Kyosho HiRider2 that my mate gave me.  Not sure why I bought it really, the holes are in the wrong place for my chassis, and it's not much better than the old one (which is the plain blue one if you were wondering...).

What a lovely find. That Corvette body belongs to the 1st version, that's the 1989 Hi-Rider, and the truck you have the Hi-Rider2, which is a 100% different chassis, but the very same bodyshell (with the obvious different hole locations for the bodyposts).

I'm curious if you'd be interested in doing a trade? I'm interested in it. As a matter of fact, just yesterday I finished restoring my 1989 Hi-Rider (electronics and all!) and my bodyshell doesn't look as nice.

Have a good Sunday! :)

Nothing very exciting but a pair of alloy coil over dampers for one of my SRB builds - now stripped down, anodizing removed, polished and re-assembled..

You know when you are spending too much at Tamico when your free gift stops being the mug or lanyard and they start sending you the mini drones....

Yer, you should always be eligible for Tamico stickers and it goes up from there. It's selectable at the bottom of your basket/checkout or if you forget they usually just send the suitable one for your spend anyway.

Someone said these are as rare as birds teeth.......

looks like I found some :)

and some ball end thingies for my vintage TA01/02 tie rod and turn buckle sets (might need more as I found I had some vintage anti-sway bars with these ends not looking too pretty.
