Just got this back in the mail by being refinished by my buddy, HongKongFuey aka @Dojo Dave looks amazing, there are a couple of rub spots in the paint from shipping that now look glossy.... any way to undo that without having to repaint as he did such a good job on it.

Had a crappy few weeks and I finally dug stuff out of the trunk of my car and back seat of my truck, some of which has been there for almost a month. 

EBay m02, now just need a m04 to complete the set.

Protoforms VTA tires,  front and rear and mustang body to put on my Exotek evo6 I use in the VTA class.

And finally,  the Traxxas stampede Bigfoot body set to use as a shelf body just because I have a thing for old Ford trucks.

Clod buster. Big bears are marginally bigger than a LB/MP wheel/tyre. Clods are mahoosively bigger. And big bears have the name stamped on the sidewalls.

Yep Big Bears are wider but not as 'tall' pretty sure they are the same as the Imex tyres? - There are some good side by side pics halfway down the page on the lunchbox thread:

A few weeks back I finally decided that I really like the way people have marked out the panel lines on their body shells, I think it can make the whole thing better if done well, so I did a bit of research and ordered these:

 

I'd also planned to put these in my M04 Lancia builds but got impatient this weekend and raided my M06 for its gears. My M06 now has a brand spanking new set to replace them, along with some carbon shafts I have somewhere, and my Stratos gets the other set with the aluminium hollow shafts pictured.

 

And I got this set square which I really wasn't expecting to be so small...

When I first saw the auction there wasn't any mention of size. Dimensions were added to the auction later so I guess I'll have to chalk this up to needing to pay better attention. Nevermind, eh? I'm sure I'll make use of it somehow.

Today the postman brought me a dirty but generally lightly used EcX Torment 4wd. Spektrum radio, Castle Sidewinder 3 brushless setup, a 5000mah 2s lipo and a prophet sport lipo charger. I paid $175 for all. 

The cars in good shape. The front bumper is cracked and the steering servo was shot. Swapped it out and were back in business. Gonna do a partial teardown, cleaning and rebuild (minus gearboxes). Overall very pleased.
