Hello!

I am Martin from Vienna (Austria). This is my first post here, but I thought I had to share my latest eBay find.

It`s a Wrangler with a Kyosho Sierra Cosworth (I didn`t know about this model before I found this) on a trailer (unknown brand or homemade?).

I was really worried about the items arriving undamaged, but thanks to good packaging everything arrived intact.

In the next days, I will add a remote and do a test drive. It looks like it was never running outdoors.

I was looking for a decent wrangler for some time now and got double lucky now as I picked up a re-re a month ago, brand new with only the chassis been built.

So long!

Welcome Martin. Looks like and interesting find!

Wow, that looks like a really sexy lineup, the whole kit and caboodle. Do go and get some more photos of it all. Did you chrome plate the Jeep's tire cover or is it the flash bounce and it is still the black kit sprue color?? Thanks for the update on these when you work them over

I do like that trailer! Any chance of some more photos? Maybe of the underside too?

Yes, of course. Where is the best place to post them?

More RCers getting a Bat-Safe :D . I'm very happy with mine, I have 2 of them for almost a year now. They are great.
They look kinda small, but truth is that you can store 15 Tamiya size hardcase LiPos in one Bat-Safe easy.

Perhaps in their own thread in the General section? It may not be a Tamiya, but it fits Tamiyas so could be considered an aftermarket accessory. I'm sure the mods will move them if they disagree.

My Trio of Stinger MK I's one made a shelfer one is a runner and the other is parts until i find a few more parts. These are pics of after purchase, I will get some in their own threads of the after rebuild. Still waiting for some shock collars for my runner and a new body for my shelfer.

Also grabbed two Stinger MK II's and one will be a runner and theater a shelfer after a few parts also. I just cut the body for the runner and added Gold Kyosho shocks, just need a 48 pitch clutch bell for the spur gear I want to run and the HPI exhausts location of the pressure fitting interferes with the rear wheel travel so the old pipe goes back on after finding the correct screws.20161130_211619.thumb.jpg.9ea941f233515bc4bb79c31e707fbe72.jpg

This was a local purchase along with a Turbo Ultima and a Kyosho Salute plus enough parts for me to build another Optima. This Kit has been sold and it went to a person who  appreciated it.

I have more to add to include the Turbo Ultima, Salute, the Optima built from parts and a Great Vigor Beagle with a ton of extra parts and shocks.

Christmas came early this year. Grabbed another complete Stinger MK II with CZ-2.

Most of these are now in my showroom except the Stinger buggies.

Another amazing low-priced deal found accidentally on Craigslist just trolling.Merry Christmas to me I guess, more like lucky son-of-a @&&R. A perfect condition Kyosho nostalgic series GT-40 body set (circa 1996) with no trimming started, these are so incredibly hard to come by as many know. Amazing, he even had the correct wheels my first time having a set which will be used on my Gulf livery car I built over 10 years ago. The seller was so good to work with and packed it so nicely - I wish all online transactions went this smooth. The chassis will get fully cleaned, old electronics removed and a vintage Kyosho LeMans 600E motor added along with ball bearings and oil dampers from a re-re Scorpion. My other two GT-40's have Tamiya TA-02 chassis underneath, but are difficult to get the body down low enough in front due to the shock tower/body mounting attachments. So this time I will give the 2WD Mantis chassis a try again like my Daytona coupe has. Depending on what happens I may sell my dark blue bodyshell stripped and re-painted GT-40. Cheers fellas,, scollins
