Nothing exciting, multiple various m3 stainless cap bolts, a servo saver for the M-06 and alloy eccentrics for the Cat XLS. Do keep looking at an XV-01 though after the build threads on here!

Built and sat on a shelf for nearly a decade, never run! The temptation to try and take a mould of this shell for vac forming is quite high

Today, I must say I'm very pleased what showed up. A big thanks to fellow TC member Daniel9olo for letting the green gear case set go.

I also got a 2mm and a 3 mm carbon plates for other future projects.

Looking forward to seeing it built up, never seen the green set out of a packet!

On a bit of a 3Racing kick lately with FGX EVO (F1) and M4 (Mini) chassis builds; these chassis kits (touring & drift) showed up today to get the critical eye by yours truly.

The new in-package body arrived for my Thundershot resurrection project!

Unfortunately I seem to have missed the part in the description where it said '4wd MiniRacer'

It may take a fair amount of dremel work to make this fit.

Or rather, the postman brought my coworker...

I take a half day to enjoy the sunshine with my fiancé and what happens? Big RC related package.  Luckily he sent me pictures of my haul! 70 quid brat ready to run with bearings and an hotter motor.

A few padded envelopes through the door this morning.

Some blue, yellow and orange 14awg wire so I can rewire an ESC.

A 53539 aluminium spacer set so I can finish swapping the steering uprights on my Avante 2001.

A set of front arms for my Boomerang so I can swap out one that has a stripped screwpin thread.

A re-re Hotshot propshaft and propellor joints to go in my Bigwig, when I build it.

A set of bearings for my Monster Racer.

This post has solved my spacer problem, thanks. I've been looking for spacers for my TA07 when I get the carbon damper stays finished and 53539 looks like it'll be perfect

I only wanted 2x 1.5mm spacers but the re-re Egress manual lists 53539 as the part number for them. I'm sure I'll find uses for the rest eventually.

This wreck of a boomerang. Low balled a bid on ebay and won it.

20190507_115808

Its a bit of a mess! Big wig rear wheels and hot shot fronts, supershot front suspension, shocks and gearboxes seem in good order. I have ordered some new c parts (the blue bits), battery door (currently missing) and big wig f parts. Yes, after extolling the virtues of the boomerwig simply because I like the idea I am putting my money where my mouth is and building one. Going to sell the supershot parts and I am not sure about the wheels. They are pretty ratty, and some 2.2 would open up tyre options.

Should keep me busy for a bit. Any advice welcome.

From a fellow TC member.

Clear and smoke gear cases for a tb evo IV.

To go with the red and blue I have already.
