I bought a tube of that for repairing a fighter buggy RX body. It’s alright but it stinks!

You’re not wrong! I had some Squadron filler (which I can’t find, might have left it at work) which I think was even worse. I’ve only used a smidge of this tube so far so it wasn’t too bad!
I was pleased with the finish after I had sanded it down. It doesn’t like to be played with once it has been applied though.

not wanting to wait forever and day for these to arrive in Australia, I ordered one from Hong Kong, only took a week and a bit to get here. A little pricey though, especially with freight, but really wanted one . I'll do box art, and the body I got a week ago will be a red and black Colin MCrae rally version.  This also means I have currently one each of MF-01X to date (Merc, Beetle, Jimny and now the Escort) :D

Also with the order, a Tamiya CC01 barrel spring set.

Some bits and pieces for the incoming Escort MF-01X build. Has a kit ever been so popular?! Mine may be a while, so I've the new battery for the Top Cat I may finally get to paint now it's warmer.

I have the BA sticker set. It’s really good quality. My only issue is that the background is white. On most of the stickers that’s ok but the big BA coloured Slashes on the rear wings and roof have large amounts of white in them which is slightly different to the bodyshell. If I were to do it again I would cut the coloured sections out and place them individually . Bit of a faff but as all the stickers are precut ( very well) the time you save cutting them all out you can spend on the big ones. This is with the benefit of hindsight I didn’t do it!!!3AEAD1AA-2791-43AE-8C89-E27FCBDC4F4C.jpeg.27bf5e358df5be402efeac8c0166a3fd.jpeg

you can see the difference if you look around the rear wheel arch, but despite all of the above it’s a cracking model. I think this has really hit the spot with European, Antipodean & North American modellers alike as we all know the base car in one form or another. I even like the blue wheels now😇

Some JIS screwdrivers from Vessel because the @&€&# large screwdriver part from my Tamiya tool set has gone missing. Great quality and they grip the screws really well, the greater weight needs a little getting used to.

Can you tell me the correct size of them? I think I spottet only one size of screws (m3) at my Tamiya models, which screwdriver will fit there?

Edit: Is it #J2 which fits the m3 heads, right?

That's a great tip thanks! Can't say I would have noticed if you hadn't pointed it out. 👍

Love it!

Instructions: Do not take a tablet all at once. Break it down into 5 or 6 smaller pieces and take them one at a time. Leave a good hour or so for each little bit to take effect before taking the next bit. Do not take if it's too cold. Or too hot. Or too damp. Save 4 whole tablets for PS-31.

Aside from having to have a post on page 666, I like those funky colors effects!

Thanks! That’s photos not been altered. My Mrs runs red & blue led lamps to aid growth of germinated seedlings. Turns the home in to a disco

Over the past few weeks, kind Mr Postman has brought some goods to start building a kid-proof Element Enduro for my daughter. Its really an excuse to tinker.  Stay-at-home orders have us pretty bored.

I can! :D

Made them for April Fool's day 2019. They are Anadin tablets that I placed in the bag, refitted the header card then Photoshopped the text.

I really should have watermarked it or put my name on it somewhere as I see it constantly!
