Few more bits for my modern HS2.

I think the most useful here is the YR ball end removal tool - purchased thanks to seeing it another thread. Been struggling twisting them off for years!

2x DB02 Leonis bodies all the way from the USA.

I searched everywhere for these and none available in Europe BUT Tamiya USA had them. They don't deliver outside the US so special thanks to my forum friend @Finnsllc who ordered then forwarded them to me in Switzerland. Absolute top man.

My local track does an M Series (mini class).  21.5 Fixet timing motors.  Does anyone here race this chassis?  I have a few questions and won't see my local group until next Saturday.  My first question is what body would perfectly?  I plan on building it with the longer wheel base.

Not sure why the pic turned vertically when I attached it...sorry

EDIT:  Would this body work?  I like it better than the hatchbacks I'm finding.  It says M-Class

HPI Wheely King off EBay . Scarlet Bandit replica

It actually arrived Friday but I e been too busy inspecting and cleaning it, as well was a long ride on my motorcycle on Saturday.
Came with 27MHZ radio which I’ll probably swap into my Hornet so it can have a proper Whip antenna.
Also came with Hot Racing shocks and lots of STRC alloy bits

Oh, I'm a huge fan of the HPI 4x4 Wheely King trucks. To me this is the best piece of RC ever if you're into the FUN factor. The thing never fails.

Your truck has been modified, perhaps with the "Crawler King" kit? I see the stretched wheel-base there.

I love that bodyshell, too. Great truck indeed!

Yes, I noticed the stretched wheel base in the ad before I purchased ( the seller didn’t mention it )To support your theory about crawler king conversation, it also came with the rear diff locked and an extra locker for the front in the bag of parts.
I thought I had read about bolt on gear reduction/ transfer case box that the Crawler King has. This didn’t have that,

With the open front and locked rear it has tackled everything I’ve thrown at it in a day and half of testing and tuning

Courtesy of FedEx - 56034 JS-2 Russian Heavy Tank 1/16th kit - this one came from Japan complete with the 2.4Ghz R/C gear & a 7.2v battery.

Kit seems to have been discontinued now but was one of the more recent releases.

Comical Avante from a back order with Fusion Hobbies arrived today :D

This will get the blue anodised hop up treatment, I’ve got just about every option part once I pilfer some stuff from the heavy dump truck and the farm king

after a bit of a rummage in the box I found the painted body is quite translucent, I plan to paint it a bit more.

the tyres are awesome, half the reason I’ve tried them on other wheels for various projects.

Backing the body with silver should help it be less translucent and really make it bright
