Vajra for my Egress build

I also picked this up yesterday so not actually in the post but it is Tamiya.

Modelzone in Cardiff had it on special for £60. I saw it on Saturday, had a trawl around the net for prices and for the 1/12 version it seemed like a decent price. I'll probably leave it until the winter to have a bash at it. I've tried a couple of statics in the past but never finished them.

Initially bought for the Super Astute I was going to build from from one of my Astutes and Super Astute spares, but have had a change of plan and will be passing it on. Not before I've had the gearbox cover copied for my other TTC's!

Well I got the mother load today . Now the ace ventura delivery services happened again .

But lucky nothing was broken , But jr-rc did miss my bruiser window set in the order .

But the biggest haul i have ever got .

So happy with what i got , plus i got some vintage stuff in the mix .

Super hotshot stuff again & of course the RN36 parts . Now i can paint the body set , B4 i get the bruiser .

I had to do a postal claim last month , What a hassle that was & they didn't cover

the hole cost . Never had this much problem before with damaged stuff .

Just had an idea , Must be Sabotage by some one .

Now this will get me running . As i have never run a big wig B4 .

Then a big EvilBay win & some thing i have wanted to have & run .

Has the original chassis as well & i will be putting that on .

No doubt there are parts i will need to get ....

I got my Tamiya tools and parts bin, I'm ready for the Bruiser build but no Bruiser yet still need some saving to do. Good idea Matman maybe I should do the same get re-re Bruiser body and have it painted ahead of the time.

Seem ok, probably need heavier oil than CVAs, I think the pistons allow a bit more bypass inside the cylinders, the blue and gold springs are pretty heavy aswell, but good for the price

The antenna covers, deans plugs and mini bodies were impulse buys for the minis

Last but not least was the end to my quest. 2 kyosho sprockets for the vanning

It's supposed to rain all weekend so a good time for everything to show up
