The "postman Brought Me" Thread

Recommended Posts

last item brought to me, not Tamiya, but a detailed collectible:

halo_udt_jumper_1.jpg

I started skydiving while in the army, and I've been scuba diving for years, so when I saw this Hot Toys Navy SEAL HALO UDT 1/6 action figure I had to get it.

Cost aprrox the same as a Buggy Champ, but I have too many Tamiyas already, so this was a fresh breath.

Wow that figure looks awesome! I really wish somebody would release a LARGE "Kane" Robocop 2 figure. I've been thinking of someday building my own 1/8th scale using CAD and having the parts machined out of aluminum and various alloys.

postman just delivered my latest purchase from our good friend dinball @ rcmart.

a set of 4 spice dish wheels for m03

a pair of ride 3035 slicks for m03

and a spare pair of 60d tamiya radials for m03

nothing too exciting. hopefully the ride slicks will help the little mini put down the brushless power better than the kit tires.

For me it is "What The Postman Didn't Bring Me Today" :o I'm expecting a lot of parts to get my Dyna Storm ready to run, but the all important bearings for the rebuild of the Dyna AND of my Kyosho Maxxum FF are not here yet, I'm missing rear tires and front wheels for the Dyna and a High Torque servo saver... Please Mr. or Mrs. Postman (or Postwoman), bring me the items soon! :P

Today She brought me a used Integy 27t Stock motor.

Only just got out of the shed now after fitting, wiring and testing. Sure is a big improvement on the old HS2 performance compared to the silver can I have been running.

A NIB Tamtech GB-03 Hotshot for my Christmas Pressie from the wife. I was able to zoom it around the living room for a few minutes before boxing it back up to wait for Christmas. Happy day!

Last year she put a Tamtech GB-01 Wild Boar under the tree for me. What a wife!
