Hey that RC stand looks nice.  I have an Amazon one in red.. might be the same in different color.

I don't like cars just sitting in boxes or on shelves. If they're not being used then they're out. Recently I got carried away and bought several future projects because I'd seen other people do similar builds. But in reality they weren't really what I wanted to use so they went. Now I'm clear for the few builds I have planned that I actually want to drive.👍

I am kind of following the suit… which I didn’t like before, but now i like letting things go that i dont use as much and get something i would enjoy more

Totally get this. Much happier now rather than having a queue of stuff to build...

Courtesy of RC Kleinkram in Germany who were the last source I could find for some final TA03 bits I needed to complete a "Bitsa" build.

Also the 2-piece rim centres for my Comical Buggy wheels I'm putting on my GF01, these had also sold out everywhere else unless I wanted metallic green or orange!

Finally a Savox servo for my BB-01. Never bought a Savox servo before, sticking to stuff in the £20-40 price range. I'm treating the buggy to the very best

RC Kleinkram are always worth checking out for all sorts of thinks. Especially if you can keep the order under the dreaded threshold. They do quite a few bag kits if your just looking for a chassis.

Unfortunately they have gone the same way as Tamico and now have a 165 Euro minimum order, without shipping costs, for the UK :(

Used to buy from them a lot.......

Didn’t know that. Yes it’s a shame as they have good stocks of unusual stuff sometimes

Excitingly (for us) my 3d printed parts for DT-03s. Body mounts I designed to bring into proper service our "DT-099 Flake" ice cream van and two wing mount options for my normal(ish) DT-03.

2023-04-13_07-47-15

I can however spy at least two design glitches on an offer up of the parts. Fingers crossed that these are fixable. At least one is.

It's probably also the case that I've gone unnecessarily thick in some places. The nylon would I think be plenty strong enough to enable quite a reduction in material from my "standard" 6mm rod section in a number of places, but that's to chalk down to experience, and subject to confirmation in use.

Roll on more ideas. I love this tech and how it enables someone like me to manufacture home-designed one-offs that are just so.

For me, black tub and XR10 Justock (not pictured) for my upcoming Scorpion build and turnbuckle wrench.

Decided I still like these vintage rere's over all current new releases.  In fact, ordered my second Kyosho Beetle today as well. B)

That one in the picture above don't run. It is meant to be built at the same time as this one.

jTHRLUH.jpg

I don't have a good place to run it either but doing a parallel build to see which one makes a better shelf queen.

I also have this and never had a chance to run it properly yet.

These are just not the kind of Cara I will want to run over carparks.

TD4 has arrived. I'll start a build thread once the rest of the parts have arrived:

That's either a really small box (and a 30mm Avante 🤯) or you bought your damper oil in serious bulk!

😁

@toyolien -What, is that a RC kit for Ants?

Imagine the giant insects that creep around in that garage at night. @toyolien you should set up some security cameras in there.

Decided to get another Scorpion and build with a little different color theme.. and will run LeMans 19.5 BL.

The misc parts are TurboScorpion roll cage bits.

I think I am still stuck in the 80’s as far as what RC I gravitate towards..
