Today postie brought me 10 locking wheel nuts, an air compressor and two new airbrushed. He also failed getting two packets through the letter box so got those to collect now. Hopefully this week I'll get something most days, ive certainly bought enough stuff :(

All in great condition... Fabulous!

F103GT damper arrived two days ago, and 2 sets of Avante lightweight wheels arrived for me; they shall be dyed...

Edit: And some black lightweight rear wheels for my Astute arrived anyways, sparing the immediate need to dye.

A second boat has arrived to join the fleet!

Not Tamiya unfortunately, but I will probably be using some Tamiya servo mounts when I replace the toy-grade radio gear with proper hobby-grade stuff. :)

Wanted one of these for ages.

As the B44.2 has come out the B44.1 is now £100 cheaper. Hoping to have some spare cash end of the month to buy one.

Flippin eck, how stylish is that box?! I want one of those now!

The royal mail are going to stop leaving those cards and leave all your precious tamiya parcels with your neighbour unless you opt out.

Today I got my budget motor and battery. Motor is the newer TACON "380 short can" design only 40mm long vs standard 50mm "540" can. It seems this motor is even lighter than the "380" EZRUN motors due to the shorter can. Hopefully performance doesn't suffer on a heavier 2WD buggy. The battery is my first from the Gens ace brand.

Another Red Card for me, the sorting office is in the middle of town which has free 1hr parking but is constantly clogged up with people not wanting to use the £3 p/hr car park the other side of the road, as a result theres allways a qeue for these spaces and you get some inconsiderate barge through and park, Makes my blood boil after a stressful day at work. So I'm saving myself a possible ABH charge by having it redirected to my local post office.

Astute universal joints and ten 1150 bearings arrived. Initially I thought my Astute D1 parts arrived today, but that was sadly not the case. Still, happy with the arrivals.

Luckily they are waiting at the depot a few minutes' walk away, so my wife has volunteered to go get them while I am at work tomorrow.

Just arrived... glad I was working from home today (although the post office is only 300 meters away from my house).

The Technigold in the bashed box is because it is new and was only €30 - ;)

The Dyna-Run and wheel adapters are for my yet-to-be-fully-planned Taisan Porsche upgrade project... (58157+53166+?)

Today, my lovely postie brought me...

Not a happy bunny <stomp> <stomp>

Lol - it's because you already have too much stuff! The postman knows... the postman knows... ;)

More items arrived for our boat project:

Tamiya TS paint for the canopy, and a waterproof ESC and servo.

In the past I have used waterproof servos from Futaba, but since this HPI one is half the price, I thought I might give it a try. It isn't particularly torquey, but it is quick enough and should be fine for rudder duty.

Its that modern day D1ck Turpin who's to blame, otherwise known as matman
