Today, kind postie brought me an original Frog - something else for the long line of projects

While I still wonder if I should bash it or keep freshening it, I also received these original Astute wheels:

1 set of fox front arm's & 1 set big wig arm's . thanks to robts50 .

& Medal of Honor , Warfighter PC game ..... << i know it not rc ....

Radio Shack (Nikko) Sagitta. Pretty rare car I got off of eBay for only $10 (+18 shipping). Seller listed as "Dune Buggy". Glad to have it.

So far today a new Frog body and new Frog A sprue (chassis)

Normally I'd be quite happy with these, but I'm keen to get the DB-01 parts that are on route.

Oh well, better build the Frog while I'm waiting

Edit - well after 30 minutes there wasn't much more I could do with the Frog, still waiting on an order from Fusion, so it's sat waiting C parts and various bits n bobs.

Then the second mail delivery came in..

.for the other ORV project, a Brog/Frat hybrid..

Another box of bit n bobs this morning, a job lot of Tamiya spares. Looked a right old jumble on eBay but in amongst the screws etc there's an untesed CPR P-100F, some vintage cable ties, some tubes of ceramic grease, a strip of unused Top Force velcro which i needed, and some vintage spot lights for the Frog and this little guy..

..strictly not correct for the orignal Frog I'm rebuilding, but he's obviously not a recent paint job and someone took a lot of care (and skill) painting him so he rightly deserves a place in my vintage runner ! Plus I couldn't paint to that standard

Not Tamiya I'm afraid but adding to my 4WD collection

I also got a new kit Super Clod Buster but haven't got any photos as yet.

I received Striker rear wheels (waiting on tires; searching for fronts) and a Spektrum SR300 receiver, which will likely end up in my Astute.
