I got them from Lazada which is like the Amazon.com here in my country. The price isn’t that bad in AliExpress, I bought three there 2 months ago during their anniversary sale for $87 shipped.

I love these receivers, they’re cheap, tiny and work great.

Yes, huge fan of them, too. Unlike the Corona ones, which are a slower reaction time, and not as cheap as you'd think. 

Just hoping I can find the DasMikro ones at a decent price again. Regular Aliexpress price is around 30ish GBP/EUR.

This rare little bad boy. This was my first ever Tamiya. I knew nothing about the hobby, my parents bought me one second hand. Its a bit sad really, because I feel like this is an RC ending...... I'll explain in another post, but here it is. The RC that started it all for me, back in 1994..... I think @Alex97 will like this one

I intended building this, but even my girlfriend, who moans about me not using my RCs enough said it would be a shame....

It's from Racers Paradise in Germany. It is indeed 239mm wheelbase . 

 

Edit: When cutting out please don't follow the cut lines in the wheelarches. Look at a pic of a Porsche 914/6 GT instead. It's too long ago since I saw one in 1:1, so I forgot that the wheelarches are straight at the top. I followed the lines and ended up with wrong proportions. If you want to run full size TC wheels then fine. But I regret not paying attention to the real world version,  as it is a hopeless task to make it look good even with 60D tyres. Next time I know better .

Today I received this beautiful poster that I asked 'triggers & sticks' (on Instagram & Esty) to create. I chose my three favourite buggies.

He even printed me a 10th scale version, which I dutifully framed:

This arrived on an M06 chassis, just needs a radio set and has a tble04s ESC fitted.

The seller sent it in a gorgeous Lancia 037 Rally box, now that’s  on my radar too 🤦

Also got a Subaru Impreza WRC 2008 51364 body set as I nearly bought a 1:1 version of this but it was not practical as a 2nd car, so the model version will suffice… I’m going to paint it green as my 8yr old daughter got to my new paint delivery first and chose that 🥳

Just picked these up from my local store. The Euro Truck is so I can race in an extra class at my local club. The buggy is just for fun - I had intended to get a Typhon Grom, but they have only just arrived in the UK and sold out like hot cakes. However, I spotted this instead. It’s about the same size as the Typhon Grom, but it costs more. But it does have a lot of adjustability, I’d brushless out of the box (I think it’s only 2S though) and used T connector for the battery, not the really small one that the Typhon uses.

A few things arrived today...
First an essential part for the Super Wheelie I'm building for my daughter (she is 14 but she will love this)...

Then a NIB car... The box is a bit damaged, but the content is brand new...

It is quite rare but also super interesting, and will go for a CAD model at some point...
