Clubs In Essex

Are there any of you in the essex area who cmeet up or collect vintage Tamiya R.C cars??I'm new to this and have just started collecting after having alot of my collection when i was younger and never realise how collectible they'd become!

Hi, there's a few of us based in Essex, but there haven't been any Essex meets for a while. The Kent Bash and Eastern Bash are both popular with Essex Boys, Kent is about an hour from Essex (depending on how close to the Dartford Crossing you are) and the Eastern bash about an hour and a half drive from South East Essex, or 45 mins from North Essex. Both bashes tend to be more for offroad than onroad, although occasionally the Kent one is on tarmac so good for drifters and on road cars.

See the 2 large threads in this forum for more details of the Kent and Eastern bashes - there should be an Eastern Bash happening pretty soon, or if you are thinking of taking any cars out for a spin in Essex, just post a message in this forum with details and see who turns up
