Speed tuned gear for TL-01

Hi

I just got a TL-01 for christmas. I wanted either that or the TT-01, so that I can participate in the stock Tamiya cup in Denmark next year.

Now I ended up with a Jaguar V8 star. It is some exclusive line car, made in cooperation with Tamiya in Germany and Carson. Only thing from Carson is the bodyshell as far as I can tell.

But nevermind, my question is if I can get any effect out of the speed tuned gear set, that is allowed in the Tamiya cup stock class? I have bought the ball bearings, and the Tamiya esc is included in the kit.

Am not sure about the reglemeant and sorry to disappoint you, but you won't stand many chances against the newer and better handling TT01s.
