Acoms At-7 Speed Controller

I've acquired one of these.. anyone got an idea on how to set it up? motor turns etc? Its wierd how very little detail there is on the net about acoms stuff.

Still cant find any actual spec info on teh at-7.. I suppose I will jsut stick it in and see if it copes with the 17 turn triple
