Won a f 350 shell for mine off the bay, gonna give it brake fluid bath then repaint, want it to look as real as poss! dont gnow what color yet but my Mustang is gonna be yellow!! Aaaah Yeah!

Ooh, a Scrambler! My uncle taught me how to drive in one of those...

I might have to get one of those shells and do it up in memory of that old Jeep: Silver, black top, with red/orange "SCRAMBLER" letters on the hood sides, chrome wheels, and the wood sides along the bed.

The first half is the Xtreme playing last Sunday in a different area of the yard.

The second half is the TL01 wearing the new Stratus body, playing in the street.

Perhaps not as good as the other videos...but the ending is worth the wait.

Thank you much. I'm dying to get it finished so I can take the photos and video of it crawling around. Then I can REALLY start torturing the chassis!!

Due to a minor miscommunication between myself and BiteSizes Hobby, the second LED set wasn't exactly what was needed....so another set that will replace both prior sets will be made up. That delays the completion of the lighting a while longer, so suffer, peeps![]

In the mean time, I removed the upper body pinstripe (as it was just too thick) and re-did it with a much thinner tape. Looks much more scale now. And just because I found the stuff by accident, I decided to do the bed rails in diamond plate. Call me silly, but I think it works. []

Know it may sound daft , but the thinner stripe does make a differance, still waiting on my shell to get here!

Not daft at all...the thick stripe made it look like a toy. The thinner one helps it look much more scale.

I'm awaiting the LED set so I can run the wiring, then do the last bits of assembly. Meanwhile, I'm working on a second TL01 and a new TA02 F-150. See`my other threads.

Yet another Honcho play time video from yours truly. This one features the new Tamiya 'Sport Tuned' 540 motor I added. "Yea. It's Got a HEMI."
