for any one who is intrested . i put an order for a shell from modelsport uk last monday . should arrive on wednesday or thursday . thursday came no shell , so another phone call and they said it was sent on tuesday call back on monday if it does not arrive . so we ring today and they tell us they nether had our order . so how can you order something give details then nothing . [?] so no more orders from me .

I ordered one Friday, they phoned to say it was actually out of stock, offered an alternative, and that arrived this morning []

well things are now waiting to work out . as my wife does the ordering with the her card . when she checked the money has been taken from the card . so i am waiting for my reply as they sort out this problem . by any chance the shell in the box is a hpi baja bug . if it is what are they doing . thanks for the reply .

Nope, it's definitely the Pro-Line shell they said it would be.

If it's any consolation, I got Dinball owing me a servo, and they won't refund my payment because 'they can't refund CC purchases'[xx(]

So I got no servo, there's no point getting one from elsewhere, and I got a project 'up on blocks' 'til it arrives []

you are going to love this the order we did not have has just arrived this morning at 11:35 am . so now i am a happy man but when you phone up to have something tracked and told different it does leave you a little peeved . also your order was friday to monday . but it was tuesday to monday on standard post . why the differance . yours mal [:0]

I think some of that is down to Royal Mail fella.

My CC receipt was put thru at 10:04 on Friday and I paid £4:00 for postage, so it wasn't special delivery or nothing, just got lucky.

well it turns out the wife lost the phone number and looked up the wrong one . so it was a different one she phoned first and modelsport second . so they must of though us mad . so be careful not to fall into the same trap[:I]

I've never had any problems with Modelsport, if I've put the order in by 2pm then it's arrived the next day every time!!

I have found MS to be okay as long as the item is in stock,I have waited for weeks for stuff before only to cancel the order after getting fed up and getting it from somewhere else in the end.
