If it's a brushless, it might explain the bent suspension link...

Nice truck. Just so long as the electronics are from Traxxas, and not Cyberdyne.

the bent link(s) is an option part, kit has straight links

The VXL is mental i9n there, can pull a wheelstand and still has low speed control without cogging. Great system. :D

Thanks Guys for the compliments.

Thanks for the correction, I'm sure the VXL is awesome  How is the stability? Do you get any chassis twist? did you need to stiffen up the suspension? Is the AX-10 stock gearing low? and did you gear up?

Not bad, could be a bit better if wider for side hills

Do you get any chassis twist? did you need to stiffen up the suspension?

No, barely any chassis twist I have 2 extra aluminum crossmembers. Shocks are traxxas maxx big bores, maybe even a bit to stiff.

Is the AX-10 stock gearing low? and did you gear up?

Yes, trans is geared low. Stock pinion spur is 14-87 I have in it 16-86 and plan on dropping to 13-87
