Make sure the ESC is wired correctly to the battery and that the servo wires

are set for the proper radio type, or you will fry the radio and maybe the

ESC. I can't give you instructions, as different models of ESCs use different

color coding on the wires and different connections to the battery.

If the SET button is like the one on the model I have, you use the SET button

this way:

Turn on the transmitter with the ESC disconnected from the battery. Set the

stick to neutral (centered, usually).

With the battery disconnected from the ESC, plug the ESC into the receiver.

Plug the ESC into the battery. Within 2 seconds, press the SET button to store

the neutral (stop) position in the ESC. (On mine, a green LED starts to

flash.)

Push the stick forward to the maximum forward position. Press SET again to set

the maximum forward position. (On mine, the red LED starts to flash. If the

green continues to flash, the Servo Reverse switch needs to be switched on the

transmitter.)

Pull the stick back to maximum reverse. Press SET again to set the maximum

reverse position.

The ESC is now set up. Whenever you turn on power, you have a 2 second window

to do the above procedure again.

Mtroniks DigiSport - find the mtroniks site, look for manuals downloads and check if in there... otherwise drop a line to their CS they should be able to help. You can still try the procedure described above and variances (brakes first then neutral, the other way around, wait for automatic detectionm ...), worst case the speedo won't set up but you won't damage it, no worries.

Good luck,

Paul
