I was just thinking I have nothing actually ready to use. Well I have my M03 I race on a Monday night, but no "finished" projects. Then I got to counting.

So far it's just 4;

• "Kimberly" My scale crawler, needs 4 linking and finishing
  
• TLT needs Diffs locking and Finishing
  
• F150 shell to paint that looks too daunting
  

Off shore fast electric boat needs starting. (a good 100 hours work there, ebay calling?!) Yet I have an urge to buy more. So how many do you have?

This hobby malarky needs to be a full time job...

You're right. Projects can get a little out of hand! I think I have six but if I look hard enough I'm sure I'll find more.

I have 6 cars at the moment:

- Renault Alpine A110 M02, runner but used very carefully.

- TA02 rally project, runner and a current project, can still drive but I want to drive it off-road but I haven't got my rally block tires in yet so it's more sort of sitting on my desk at the moment.

- Subaru Impreza '97 TL01, was a runner but has no motor or electronics in at the moment and is sitting on my computer case since I have a replacement chassis for it (my TA02) and since it is my first ever car+the chassis is worth close to nothing I'm keeping it.

- Mazda Miata, M02M, was a runner but is missing electronics at the moment, They have been donated to my Scorcher project because my Renault Alpine is more fun to drive.

- NSU TT, TL01(S), a project to cut the wheelbase down to 210mm. It is quite much finished but has no electronics to drive with since I only tested it a few times with my electronics that I now use for my Scorcher project.

- Sand Scorcher, SRB, Will become a runner, but it's missing crucial driving bits (the steering rods, wheels and tires).

As you see most of my cars can't run at the moment, I still have to buy more electronics and I don't know what would be better to do... new transmitter sets+esc's for all (cheaper probably) or buy servos, receivers and esc's for all so I can do with one transmitter?

And then I have the problem that I want some cars this summer (or sooner )... I want an Fwd chassis (preferably a Renault Clio) and also an M03 for a project...

right i have:

959 is bits needs a new set of gears

celica grb in bits needs putting back togeather

monster beetle working but needs motor wires soldering on

tl01 lightly tuned but afew parts are missing dont think i will ever use it again make an offer if your interested

another tl01 in bits probably missing loads of parts

tt01 total write off missing loads of parts one for the bin probably (but i will find a use for it)

traxaas rad2 made a front end from spares but needs a gearbox so basicly in bits

schumacher wildcat mint condition never been run outside missing gear cover and needs a good clean

hpi sprint 2 probably my only runner 13t motor nice a fast but hardly ever used

shumacher sst sport working but the pinion keeps coming off

jamara cyclone petrol 1:8 buggy given to me may run but i never tried to start

kyosho lazer 2000 needs afew parts mostly in parts only car i have that has a manual or box

super champ in parts never even been run by me as i lost interest in it

so thats about it, seems like almost all are in bits, if anyone saw the state of my cupboard with my cars in they would pay me to rescue the cars for example i have a monster beetle on top of a 959, but since i have no space thats how its going to be.

as for transmitters i have about 4 only 2 sets of crystals though.

got 7 battery packs 2 brilliant 1400 tamiya packs another 1400 tamiya with a deans connector not sure if it works as i cant charge it, a single cell 3800 racing pack not sure if it works,another cheap 1200 battery dosnt hold a charge, also have 2 sanyo racing packs paid 40 but they no longer hold a charge:(.

only 1 riko 30mins charger hope to get a peak charger soon once i work out what all the buttons do.

got about 3 sets of wheels and tires 1 set is almost new the others all used and damaged

4 wheel spanners 1 damaged

about 10 motors ranging from standard to 14t also 3 technigolds lying somwere should be going in the 959 and celica soon

lots of spares packets and spruces

also got a box full of spares to many to list

And thats about it, wow never knew i had so little, time to buy some more.

I generally don't store my runner cars in the "ready-to-run" state. This way it forces me to give them a thorough once-over before actually driving them.

Tamiya Avante 2001 Shelfer- Needs new decals for freshly painted driver & CPR unit (P-80F)
