From what I have read there are a couple filtering through some shops in the states but officially I think it around the 25th they are released. My LHS in Australia says June/July but I find that had to understand.

Except if you read the questions the seller doesn't actually have any yet to sell, and only has a feedback of 15. I wouldn't be sending them my money.

Japan release 26/4, USA LHSes should have them early May.

They're telling us June/July for Oz but the pricing is scary.

Several Hobby Shops in Canada have a very limited number (I think one each) in stock. Some have broken the "Do not release before ..... date" and several have already been purchased and assembled in Canada. (Yes, that's you 4wdmt )

The Crawler Store had them in stock the last time I looked. Not too badly priced @ $320.00 plus P+P.

I also saw an ebay shop have them for about 120.00 plus P+P. I was a bit dubious about him, he had them stock, but I was still a little unsure about him though.

They are now out on ebay. Even stella have 'em in-stock. I really thought the kit would be released in the $250ish mark.

If you do get it internationally, ask the seller to make the shipping box sturdy. You don't want to "kink" that beautiful box art. You can even make it into a poster .
