Guys, which motor (front or back) should you rotate the motor endbell to make them run in the same direction.

Next, which aftermarket company sells 20T STEEL pinions that will mesh with the gearbox properly. i don't want to buy the Tamiya AV set. If I can buy them seperately, so much the better. I believe you just can't buy any 48 pitch pinions. Should be .06 module or something like that. Anyways, I don't want to make mistakes in buying 2 new ones.

Rotate the front motor! but its probably best to get tamiya 20t pinions imo!!!

If you're looking for a UK supplier, Apex models sell .6 20Ts individually, I think by RW Racing or something... I've always had very good service from Apex.
