Do we still think the Scorcher is the all time great or is the one that started it all, the Rough Rider, the one? The Ranger always seems to play 'third fiddle'??

Scorcher, Bruiser, all great R/C models. I wonder how many of you gives the BlackFoot the place it deserves in the history not only of Tamiya, but in that one of the Hobby itself. The greatest R/C model in the history is The BlackFoot. And I guess it doesn't have the recognition it deserves because it isn't a hard to find, but we must be fair to it. Please note I'm not saying I wouldn't like to own a Scorcher or a Bruiser, cause I really do!!!

The scorcher is my fav. I remember looking in the Guide book in about 82 or 83 and that grabbed me then, and still does. I just am fond of full body off roaders, over single seaters.

I used to race my Sonic Fighter with a Frewer Sierra Cosworth body on it!.
