Need Help From International Paypal Users

As you all know Ebay is changing policies to have only positive feedback for buyers. This presents some problem as I can no longer review their feedback for things gone wrong. I am think of limiting sales to verified buyers only but I don't know if users outside of US/Canada/UK have the ability to verify their accounts. If any of you guys who lives outside of these three countries can chime in with input on how paypal works for you guys it would be greatly appreciated.

My PayPal account is verified but my shipping address is not, so far it hasn't been an issue for me, I have noticed that some sellers on ebay won't ship to an unverified address but after they have checked my 100% feedback score they are happy to deal with me.

As long as the account is verified I'm ok with it. Before this debacle I didn't even care about that.

I'm just waiting with bated breath for google auction/checkout to become a reality.

I say the same as pagedm , I have tried to put this right with E-bay but with no success. Im from Sweden and have 100% feedback , and usually theres no problem , but a couple of times I have been denied to bid because of my shipping address is not verified.

Also I tried to change e-mail address on E-bay but it seems it not doable , at least without creating a totally new account and maybe not even then ???? When I first created a account on E-bay I did it from my work computer and it seems you "burn" that e-mail address in to the system ?? As said,I contacted E-bay several times about these two matters but it seems to be impossible to get help.

Hi there,
I live far away in Chile, a poor country in South America. I'm verified and I haven't had any problems with the Paypal service. Actually, I think it's great.
