Mini-t Servo Problem

I think the servo spindle is worn - If I tighten up the screw holding the arm on, the arm clicks round. Even when it's quite tight it's still easy to click it round by twisting the front wheels - with much less force needed that you'll get just hitting bumps.

Does anybody have a ingenious way of improving the fit? I assume it's the spindle that's worn and not the arm - the spindle is an odd hex shape, I guess due to it's size.

Alternatively, does anybody know where I can get a cheap replacement?

The only thing I've thought of so far is to just superglue the sucker on - but that will obviously prevent any further adjustment...
