TT-01 help needed

Need help with my tt-01, i had various problems with my pinion falling off as i changed my gears around, after glued the grub screw on a new problem aros, everytime i quickly accelrate or go into reverse someting makes a very loud clicking sound and then stops when the car does, its very annyoing and doesn't sound too good, any tt-01 owners or anyone know what the problem could be

It is more than likely the spur gear slipping round the propshaft. I had this after shearing the 4 lugs on the spur gear due to the ring that goes round them had moved. It wasnt too bad at first but got increasingly worse until the car wouldnt drive. Its easily sorted by changing to a new spur gear and new ring.
