Check all batteries are charged. Is the esc/mechanical speed controller servo functioning as normal? If so you need to change the servo; if the speed controller's not functioning either, it may be battery power, or crystals are shagged.

Do you have two servos?

If so charge everything up then switch the servo connections into the receiver around.

If the same servo is still twitchy its probably got a fault.

However if the other servo now becomes the twitchy one you have a receiver problem, or radio interferance.

Does the twitching only happen when you run the motor? If so you may have to fit some small electrical components at the motors solder points, i think they are capacitors or diodes. I remember when i raced (ten years back) people goin on about a 'schkotty diode' Supposed to kill any radio interferance from the motor i think.
