Can someone tell my why the Legacy B4 shell is banned under Tamiya Superstock 2006 rules please?

The Legacy B4 is the only shell that Tamiya make that is designed specifically for racing. The body design is based purely on the aerodynamics instead of scale appearance and bears a more than passing resemblance to a Protoform Dodge Stratus racing body.

Basically if it was allowed everyone would be running it to stand a chance of being competitive.
