terry.sc 16 Posted June 15, 2008 Don't have a clue on gearing, I don't use brushless systems. Picture was borrowed from a quick web search. Going by the Novak gearing guide you want to start with a 20 or 21 tooth pinion for the 78 spur, 21 or 22 with the 81 tooth spur gear and go up from there.
