Ford Racing Master Nib

Recommended Posts

I am seated in front of the telly. My wife and child are asleep. I have a couple of beers inside me and just polished off a tub of Haagen Dazs (cookies and cream). I am aware that the former don't mix well and have three boxes sitting beside me. One of them is a NIB Form Racing master (C100) model number 33 and 25 years after issue. I have another better condition one upstairs in the 'vault', which means I could build this.....

.....I have my screwdrivers, side cutters and scalpel, no one would know (except you lot).

I am tempted, very tempted indeed.

Paul.

I already opened yesterday, but was too tired (and drunk) so I decided to leave it until today, perhaps tomorrow (barbecue today - expecting alcohol poisoning). There is no going back though, it is no longer NIB.

Paul

(PS I always listen to the devil, the angel never has anything to say that I am interested in!)

Hey Paul

Do it before you finish another tub of icecream otherwise you won't be able to get up the stairs to see the NIB / wife etc

I say keep it for a rainy day.

Go build a re-release car just to quell that feeling.

Pajero should take a couple of hours.

ease up to building an actual oldie !

I mean you could pretend the re-release was really old and see how it makes you feel. :P

It is raining today in Ostrava

I am already committed, just need to find a couple of spare hours. Blister cut, boxes opened, smile on my face...

Paul.

The build is done, just to a unpainted spec without radio gear. RC equipment will follow soon, just about to receive a DASH system which might be suitable.

Here is the showroom entry.

Paul.
