scale winch for trials trucks

hi everyone

i am after some help, i want to make my trials truck look realistic and i want to put a working front winch on it. The only thing is i want it to look like a proper front winch. Anyone got any ideas where i can get 1 or how to go about making it look authentic.

The only thing I can think of is to try looking up a few sites that sell R/C boats, tugs etc, and see if you can spot anything [8D]

i made mine using an old cotton reel and some kite string. I tried strimmer line (fine) but it was too springy, althought you can melt and form it, which is an advantage. I'd say a twine ore thicker string would be best, or a medium fishing line, the kite string i used was much too thin, but was strong enough, it was just going to be a trip wire whenever my touareg was whinching off anything solid enough []

P.S i think somebody who is making a tow truck found some suitable stuff at B&Q, sorry, cant remember which TC member it is [:I]
