Boy, this is really tough,,,,favorite/best looking vintage R/C buggies for me would be-

1.Avante (never owned one, but always liked it, especially the chassis)

2.Wild One (I've owned 4 in my lifetime)

3.old-skool Gold Pan RC10 (I've owned at least 7 since my teenage years)

3.Kyosho Scorpion (never owned one, but think they are sweet)

94eg! - that is a very nice Vanquish - an Egress with a Vanquish shell on it? Either way - gorgeous.

It seems that a lot of people have said the Wild One is one of their favourites myself included. Wouldn't it be great if Mr Tamiya was reading this & decicded to re-release it.

I agree with you H., the Gallop Mk2 was utterly amazing to look at, the thing was HUGE with loads of ingenious design, agressive looks, lots of metal.

Of course the Sand Scorcher and Rough Rider are lovely, but so are Turbo Scorpion and Top Force Evolution.

Cheers,

Al.G.

Personal fav:

Wild One

DYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYNA STORM ;)<_<

Avante

I had a Gallop Mk2, and while it was beautifully over engineered and complex is wasn't a stunner to look at.

:D

the Supershot/Super Hotshot, Avante and Egress are tops for me. I would pick the first though, overall, due to its aggressive angles and curves, colour scheme, and taking mid to late 80s' style and making it better looking(but still retaining said 80s flavour). the other two are a bit fancy, so they don't resonate with me as much.

one of the most underrated, in looks, I think is the Madcap. although lower shelf, still looks **** good.

I have an Avante Black Special and Kyosho Ultima that I love, but I honestly like the Plasma Edge II over it though..................................

Holy necro-post, Batman... 12+ years? That's gotta be some kind of record. Lots of names here currently residing in the "where are they now?" file...

Also, I can't believe I forgot to mention the Kyosho Javelin the first time around.
