Does your motor have capacitors?

If not, it's likely to be interference...(and you know the fix: add capacitors to your motor).

also a large current draw will cause weak response from a servo if the BEC, Batter Eliminator Circuitry, does not provide enough amps

2 simple ways to help fix this without spending much money

drop a few pinion teeth

run a reciever battery

Other than that I'd suggest a less powerfull motor or better ESC
