Box Art T Shirts

Hi, I have fond recollections of seeing some great T shirts in an advert in Radio Race Car (UK mag.) in April 1991 and I would like to be able to get my hands on some of these T shirts or similar ones.

Also I had an idea of Box Art T shirts! Could anyone here have a think about making them? I think that they would sell really well.

BTW where has that guy gone who used to do the box art mugs, they were really great and I use my Hilux and XLT mugs every day of my life, but I see that the guy last visited TC on 18th Jan. 2007 ! and both of his web sites are gone!

was gunna wait for some test Ts to come back before i decided what to do with them

Hi, I was wondering if anyone here on TC or elsewhere does anything similar today to the T shirts that I showed in the picture in post #1 that I showed?

I know that Tamiya have their line of Tshirts but I really liked the RC10, Frog, and Fox ones and wish I could get them.

I have the RC10 one in NIP condition that I got a little while ago but even on me it's a little tight (Small size), and I'm built like a stick! I'd have to have a medium size this time around LOL.

I'll attach the picture again for convenience here ;-

Here is the Racing Silks label off my RC10 Sweatshirt package (the sweatshirt was still in a clear plastic bag, NIP), in case anyone is curious. I wonder if they are still in business?!

If Racing Silks are long gone, how about repro'ing the RC10 sweatshirt, as I say I'd love to get one in small size. I can do a high res' scan from the one that I have. Trouble is with the one I have, "small" must mean Japanese size or something since I'm quite thin but the Racing Silks sweatshirt is rather too small, but "small" size in clothing from English shops usually fits me nicely.

Also I'd like a Fox sweatshirt either in box art or Racing Silks style.

the Tees are all done by RedBubble, i don't get any handson there at all

its been 3 yrs, doesn't look like they're diversifying into other cotton wears... if anyone knows

of any similar online setup that offers a wider range of clothing & we can evaluate

we originally chose RB from a local recommendation and they're supposedly "up the road";

they were also one of few that could properly print 'white' onto coloured tees.

Funny I should find this thread. I just had a TYCO BANDIT RACING TEAM shirt made on the weekend.

along these lines, does anyone know where to get the lineart for the illustrations? Kind of like what's on the shirts they gave with the 1st run Buggy CHamp and Scorcher? Just single color?
