What's the difference between FF02 & M03 ?

I'm hopping that someone here can explain what's the difference between the FF02 & M03 chassis ? Looks to me as tho they're all the same ! except for that extended mid section . & if I'm correct, then why did Tamiya have them as diffrent chassis type ? For example, why not just call them as FF02S(short wheelbase) & FF02L(long wheelbase) ? [8)]confuse...

The chassis is basically the same except the FF-02 is longer and has wider wishbones. M therefore stands for Mini while FF means it is the front wheel drive tourer chassis.

Also you can see the addition to the chassis. Adds about 1 1/2" to the length

Doh, must read thread before posting. As said the M03 was only for the Mini Cooper

The FF02 is basically the M03 chassis with TL-01 suspension on it. The only unique part to the FF02 that didn't come from the other two is the middle chassis extension.
