real trucks have 2 doors and a toolbox, PTO on the transfercase with headers and dual exhaust.

Personaly I don't realy like it... Not my style off truck. It's nice but I would never buy one... But I do love the snow boards!! Love to get my hands on a set, with the roof rack! For my idea for a new highlift I would like to see a 1972 chevy 8' bed. Now that I'll buy!

So it was true then , I was hoping it wasnt . I think this reveals a BIG lack of imagination at Tamiya HQ to release a but ugly truck like this. Just as I think regarding the equally ugly CR-01 Unimog. Very sad

Not my thing either.

That said, I do see why Tamiya would release it. Its far more likely to appeal to the younger folk. And lets face it, the dear old Hilux is pretty plain and old school in comparison to, well, any current truck.

I do like the wheels though, and quality wise, the shell looks top notch.

wheels and tyres are a bit tiddley but that body looks the buisness.

I'll get the bumper, roof rack, the snowboards , and the rims. The body is kinda cool, but I would rather see a 90's nissan pick-up or a KAMAZ single cab truck.

I love the detail such as the roof rack and the wheels look great but without them i think the shell would look like one of them cheap rtr radio control toy cars you get from a kids shop

That wheelbase looks longer to me.

Having 2 to choose from was bad enough, now there are 3 to choose from which is horrible but in a good way

I think the Tundra is a full size PU which should be on par with the F350, but the F350 is tiny compare to the Hilux which makes the Tundra small, unless the Tundra is as big as the Hilux than it would be great.

If Tamiya would produce the model, without the accessories (I know it would be too much to ask Tamiya to include the accessories), as is I would run out and buy one forget about the F350 or the Hilux. Those fender flares are nice along with those man size tires. Really, what was Tamiya thinking with the stock tires for the F350 and Hilux.

May as well have the full set but my hilux is a shelfer, my 350 is a hard runner - so what will this one be for??
