Are All Halfords Staff Dim?

Hiya whilst out shopping today I tried to buy a can of Brake cleaner, I use this for general parts washing, cleaning motors and bearings that sort of thing.

I thought I might share with you the disscusion I had with an employee of my local Halfords

"hello do you sell brake cleaner?"

"Fink so, what cars it for?"

"Its for all cars, bikes lorries - Its brake cleaner"

"whats it for?"

So I left.......

Its unfair to tar them all with one brush...

Although a neighbour bought a bike from them recently for their sons birthday present. They had ordered it with some modifications (mudflaps, drinks bottles, chunky tyres etc). They picked it up bought it home wrapped it up, son unwarapped it and............

No chain!

Who is dimmest

a ) Halfords staff

b ) PC World staff

Is it just in Somerset, or do Halfords have the slowest tills ever? Takes ages to process a card transaction; obviously don't want to take my money fast enough!

KFC get my vote for dimmest staff, I've lost count of the amount times I've not got what I asked for. PC World would come a close second though.

haha so true, last time i was in there we were transfered 4 times between 2 tills till they could get one to work
