Hi All

At the end of July I paid for a car from an add on the main site (15) the guy was quick emailing me to get payment, but since then I have had one email (even though I have sent quite a few to him) saying sorry for the delay and that he would send it out in teh morning. That was 2 weeks ago, no car and no more emails.

I paid with paypal so I could get a refund (I funded it with my CCard) However the fact that he is a full club member makes me uncomfortable with doing it. I know its only a cheap car, but it was meant to be for my lads birthday (now long gone) as he loves subarus and I wanted him to have an RC one to learn the ropes.

Should I just complain to paypal?

Yes mate i think you should enter a dispute. It looks like the seller is not going to send any items and is going to keep your money so enter a dispute and get it back!

Who was the member? i think it would be good to let use know so we can stay away from him! :)

Sorry to hear about your problems. I certainly believe you MUST open a dispute, and inform about it. Otherwise, if you keep quiet about the incident, the guy (TC member or not) will have the chance to do that again to any of us Tamiya enthusiasts! So please go and just open that dispute!

Very best regards,

EB
