Can't Contact Sig Owner

Hi mods, can you help me please? i tried to contact Ryck (WRC Action but you probably know this) via his SIG but on the two occasions i tried i got a Failed Delivery Status notification from: postmaster@tamiyaclub2.titaninternet.co.uk. Can you shed any light on the matter please? For the record i was applying for the Dakar Desert racers SIG.

Has Ryck allowed his subscription to lapse ?

No Rycks subscription hasn't lapsed, the messages Ian has received is because the email address associated with the SIG no longer exists. If he has changed email address then the emails are bounced back to the TC server, which generates the "Failed Delivery Status" messages.

Put part of their username in there, for instance 'WRC'

When you click on the relevenat user name, if they have more than one tab across the page, they're still subscribed, for instance; http://www.tamiyaclub.com/member.asp?id=8468

I've asked Chris about updating SIGs with contact details, will advise if there's a solution.

In the meantime, Ryck should be contactable via his 'contact' link on the page above.

Thanks everyone. I checked to see if his subscription was still active by doing a member search and all the tabs were along the top so then thought i'd come here as i know he regularly drops in on the forum. I'll try the contact a member route on his details and hope he has updated his email address!! Thanks again everyone

Ok, I've started adding people to any sigs they've applied to, but only if the 'owner' of the sig is no longer a member.

The reason for this is that some people have opted out of sigs, but stay on the 'dormant' member list, so I've no idea if those people are left out of the sig or have requested to be removed.

If you applied to join a sig, and the owner is still a subscriber, please email them directly.

To find out if the sig owner is active, go to sig, click on name at top of list (below the pictures)

This will take you to their homepage.

If there are more than one tabs at the top of the page, they are still subscribed.

For instance;
