I bought a really cool XB Hummer, but it didn't come with the metal antennae. Did it only come with the kit version?

I've also seen some pictures of a machine gun that I'm pretty sure is not a Tamiya part. Any ideas where to find these things?

Do you mean the spring base antenna, just like the 3 speed trucks & SRB's ?

If so you want a 5365001 antenna rod, a wallet breaking $2.70 on Tamiya USA

Dunno about the machine gun though, maybe something from Action Man / GI Joe ?

You could try to get a gun from tamiya's F.A.V, but that's probably pretty expensive option and would need modification. I think it would be cheaper to source a 1/12 or 1/10 toy car or toy figure with a gun.

If you're looking for the springy type aerial, and mounting pin, I used one for a 1/14 tractor truck (such as the King Hauler) for my Sand Scorcher. Found one on ebay really cheap :-)

I don't know if 5365001 is the right part or not, I would need a picture. It is the springy external mount antennae that is supposed to replicate the full size 1:1 radio gear. I don't think it has any function but looks.

I know I'm not being very clear - I wish I had asked when I first saw one because there was a great picture.

This is the Hummer version which is 35 cm long.

I use a shorter one on my Hilux High Lift, which is from the Leopard tank and is 17.5 cm long.

Notice that you need either a M5 screw to mount it or buy a Tamiya part called 'antenna holder' which is located in screwbag E (9415167) of the M1025 Hummer kit.
