i know this is a stupid question but i would like to know.

every time i attach a image my max upload size goes down, what happens when this runs out? can i not put any more pics on the forum?

To answer the question, Yes - when it's get's to zero you can't attach any more images. You can manage your attachments though and remove ones that you don't think are needed anymore...

First off, make sure the filesize and picture aren't massive

800 x 600 pixels is usually enough - at 96DPI I can get mine down to 10s of Kb easily.

As HBM says, use something like imageshack.us - easy to use (download the toolbar) and all the image code you need is on the page with the pics;

- click on 'My Controls' at the top right hand side of the screen

- then on the left hand side, under 'Options' select 'Manage Your Attachments'

- click on the images you wish to delete and press 'Delete Selected'......think that's it.
