I am a member of Newbury RC club where we race 10th scale tourers and 10th scale buggies every friday alternately.

we are in need of new members to keep us going (we are currently low on tourers), we have a massive indoor carpet track located near Newbury (southern England, between Reading/Basingstoke).

we would welcome anyone who would like to have a go, or even like to come and have a look to see what goes on, we don't take ourselves too seriously!

our website is http://www.newburyrcclub.co.uk , please do have a look- we have a forum and details on where to find us.

I hope I can post this here, we really do need to boost our numbers to cover our overheads for the massive venue!!

If anyone has any ideas how to boost our numbers, that would also be most welcome.

thanks,

Keith

So you have indoor and outdoor tracks?

Might come down and have a look - although I think the New Forest place I'm going tonight is closer, and they race Minis - which I already have one of!

Come along guys!! This club is seriously great, I'd recommend to anyone!! I've been along twice now, and received masses of help and advice, even being lent a car after breaking mine!! Great place, great members, great racing, what more could you want in a club?

Hi,

we have indoor carpet only, but the offroad track (we run alternate weeks touring/buggys) has a large amount of custom made jumps etc. to make it very interesting!

Thanks for the comments Matt!

That looks a really good club, and a really professional set up, well done to you all :P

Sadly it will be a bit difficult for me to join in, as I live over 100 miles away, but good luck with the racing :D
