Need Recommendations For Custom Brat Wheels/tires?

I have the original Brat from the 80's and would like to see what my options are in regards to buying aftermarket wheels and tires. I got some ideas from a recent post titled "Frog Tires". Here are two adapters that I found. The first link describes an adapter from Tamiyausa. The other adapter (see pics) is an item on Ebay. Which is better? Also, what can I use for the front wheels? I appreciate any pics and detailed mods. My local hobby shop obviously does not have these parts and they told me to go online.

You'll be far better off with the Frog adapter Part #53913.

These will allow you to fit almost any 12mm hex wheel to your Brat, giving you a huge range to choose from.

Most regular 2wd fronts will fit without modification.

Wow!! Just had a look at the site, those wheels look great! I really like the idea of the alloy SRB gear and motor covers as well. I might have a few sets of those, as I run my SRB's

I have just done a set of Brat wheels. I painted the rims silver, the spokes black, and then painted in the lettering white with tyre paint. They look pretty cool. I'll see if I can get the Mrs to help me post a picture up in a bit.

I just can recommend to buy those alloy wheels from awesome alloys! I already got these wheels in the past and I just got this Friday a set of custom wheels for my SRB from Rad. They are great! And I would never run any other wheels rather than the original design or maximum the custom design.

I went ahead and bought the Tamiya adapters where I found that I have a plethora of choices for rear wheels and tires.

However, I'm having problems trying to find matching front wheels here in the US. Tower Hobbies does not carry anything. Can someone point me in the right direction where I can find matching front and rears for my Brat? I'm looking for aftermarket wheels and not the stock wheels.

The Front wheel shafts will accommodate any wheel with a 5mm bearing. The bearings on my stock wheels are 5x11.

The Rears with the adapter will accommodate and 12mm Hex set up.
